The UZ15 Double Sided Plate Beveller creates weld ready bevels on linear plates of any shearable material including:

– Iron
– Steel (up to 60kg/mm2)
– Stainless steel
– Brass
– Copper
– Aluminium

The UZ15 cuts bevels from 6mm to 40mm in thickness, with a minimum plate width of 70mm and a minimum plate length of 150mm.  The bevelling angle is adjustable from 15 to 50 degrees without the need to replace any parts.  The pressure bar unit and the piece supporting unit are also adjustable in height.

Features:

– The piece to be machined can be hooked in either a horizontal or vertical position.
– An optional trolley is available which allows the machine to be inverted, therefore allowing the bottom of the plate to be bevelled.
– Functions as a stationary or moveable station.
