The Parkanson DMA series is a range of heavy-duty, fully automatic CNC twin-column bandsaws designed for production cutting and mitring of large beams, pipes, hollow sections and solid material.

Available in cutting widths from 650mm through to 1300mm, the range includes the PK650DMA, PK705DMA, PK800DMA, PK1000DMA and PK1300DMA. Each machine combines automatic material feeding, hydraulic clamping and CNC-controlled saw-head positioning to complete straight and mitre cuts with minimal operator input.

The saw head can automatically position for angles up to 60° left and 45° right, allowing opposite mitres to be completed without turning long or heavy workpieces. This significantly reduces material handling when processing structural beams and fabricated sections.

A 2300mm servo-driven material feeder uses precision steel guides with rack-and-pinion movement to provide fast and accurate material positioning. The long feeding stroke reduces the number of repositioning cycles required when processing long components.

The Parkanson PK500DMA range consists of fully automatic, double-mitre bandsaws designed for high-productivity cutting of structural steel, RHS, SHS, pipe, channel and solid material.

These machines automatically feed, position, clamp and cut the material to programmed lengths, quantities and angles. Their automatic double-mitre capability allows opposite angles to be cut without turning or flipping long, heavy sections—reducing material handling and improving workshop efficiency.

All three models share the same cutting capacity and core machine platform, with different automatic-feed systems available to suit the required material lengths and production volumes.
